# Accessibility

Lyoen and Partners Limited ("L&P") is committed to making the **lyoenandpartners.com** website (the "Website") accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. This Accessibility Declaration describes our commitment, our current conformance status, known limitations, and how to reach us if you encounter an accessibility barrier.

## 1\. Standard We Follow

We design and operate the Website to conform to the **Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA**, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

WCAG 2.1 is the accessibility standard referenced by:

-   The **European Accessibility Act** (Directive (EU) 2019/882);
-   The **EN 301 549** European harmonised standard;
-   The **UK Equality Act 2010** and the UK government's accessibility requirements;
-   The **US Section 508** and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidance;
-   Singapore and Thailand digital-accessibility guidance.

Where a higher standard is required by applicable law in a jurisdiction from which the Website is accessed, we apply that higher standard.

## 2\. Scope

This declaration covers:

-   The public-facing pages of **lyoenandpartners.com**, including the home page, About, BOS, FAQ, Insights publication, Contact page, the **BOS Diagnostic** flow and its result page, the newsletter subscription form, the feedback drawer, the cookie consent banner, and legal pages (Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer).

It does **not** cover:

-   The PARRY product marketing site at **getparry.com** and the PARRY web application at **app.getparry.com**, each of which has its own accessibility programme;
-   Third-party content linked from the Website;
-   Content embedded from third-party services (for example, video platforms) over which we do not have design control.

## 3\. Conformance Status

The Website is **substantially conformant** with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, with known limitations described in Section 4 below.

"Substantially conformant" means that most content meets the Level AA success criteria, but a small number of non-conformant components may remain at any given time pending remediation.

## 4\. Known Limitations

We track accessibility defects and prioritise remediation. At the date of this declaration, known limitations include:

-   **BOS Diagnostic flow.** The diagnostic is a multi-step form. Keyboard navigation and screen-reader labelling have been reviewed; the progress indicator, skip-to-next, and error messaging continue to be iterated to meet best practice. Target remediation: continuous.
-   **BOS Roof Health Report (PDF output).** The diagnostic produces a downloadable report. PDF tagging for assistive technology is in active remediation. Where a fully accessible version is needed, we provide an HTML-equivalent version on request.
-   **AI-generated Insights content.** Insights are generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence and reviewed before publication for clarity, but may occasionally contain complex language that could be simplified. Target remediation: continuous editorial review.
-   **Content in languages other than the interface default.** The Website supports ten languages; some language variants may display content that has not yet been fully reviewed for reading-order and label-clarity. Target remediation: ongoing per translation cycle.
-   **Downloadable frameworks and materials.** Documents downloadable from the Website (for example, BOS framework summaries) may not yet be fully tagged for screen-reader compatibility. We offer an accessible alternative format on request (see Section 7).

This list is non-exhaustive. We update it in line with our audit cadence (Section 5).

## 5\. Assessment and Review

The Website is assessed for accessibility:

-   **On every material release**, using automated testing tools (axe DevTools, WAVE) and targeted manual keyboard-navigation and screen-reader checks (NVDA on Windows, VoiceOver on macOS/iOS);
-   **At least annually**, through a comprehensive review against WCAG 2.1 Level AA success criteria;
-   **On receipt of a user report**, we investigate promptly and, where a barrier is confirmed, prioritise remediation.

The BOS Diagnostic flow is subject to a **targeted accessibility review** before any substantive change to its questions, scoring logic or result rendering.

Our most recent comprehensive review was completed on **\[Date of last comprehensive review — update after each review\]**.

This declaration is reviewed and updated at least annually and whenever a material accessibility change occurs.

## 6\. Feedback Mechanism

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on the Website, or if you have suggestions for improving accessibility, please contact us. We aim to acknowledge every accessibility report within **5 business days** and to respond substantively within **30 calendar days**.

When reporting an issue, it helps us investigate if you can include:

-   The URL of the page (or the step of the BOS Diagnostic, if applicable);
-   A description of the problem;
-   The assistive technology, browser and operating system you were using.

## 7\. Alternative Formats

Where a specific piece of content on the Website is not yet accessible, or you require it in an alternative format (for example, large print, plain text, an accessible PDF, or a human-read-aloud version of the BOS Roof Health Report), please contact us at **accessibility@lyoenandpartners.com** and we will provide a reasonable alternative within a reasonable period, typically within **10 business days**.

## 8\. Enforcement and Complaint

If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to escalate to the competent authority in your jurisdiction:

-   **European Economic Area** — the national accessibility enforcement authority designated under the European Accessibility Act and national transposition laws.
-   **United Kingdom** — the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).
-   **Hong Kong** — the Equal Opportunities Commission (EOC).
-   **Singapore** — SG Enable / the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) accessibility guidance.
-   **Other jurisdictions** — the equivalent competent authority.

## 9\. Technical Information

The Website is built on modern web technologies designed to support accessibility:

-   Semantic HTML5 with ARIA landmarks and roles where appropriate;
-   Keyboard-operable interactive elements, including the full BOS Diagnostic flow;
-   Visible focus indicators;
-   Colour-contrast ratios meeting or exceeding WCAG 2.1 Level AA;
-   Responsive design that supports zoom to 200% without loss of content or functionality;
-   Support for common screen readers, including NVDA, JAWS and VoiceOver, on modern browsers.

Compatible browsers (current and one prior major version): Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge. Internet Explorer is not supported.

## 10\. Applicable Law

This declaration is designed to meet the accessibility obligations applicable to L&P as operator of the Website under:

-   The **European Accessibility Act** (Directive (EU) 2019/882), as transposed;
-   The **EN 301 549** European harmonised standard;
-   The **UK Equality Act 2010**;
-   Equivalent accessibility laws in Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand and other jurisdictions in which the Website is used.
