# Better and Faster: Organizational Agility for the Public Sector

McKinsey (Apr 14, 2025) "Better and Faster: Organizational Agility for the Public Sector" by Hana Dib, Amadeo Di Lodovico, Abdulkader Lamaa, Deepak Mahadevan and Joydeep Sengupta argues Covid-era shocks revealed the need for the public sector to adapt policies, deliver cross-agency programmes and work effectively in teams faster, with tightening budgets.
