# Diversity and inclusion: how is the UK measuring up?

Deloitte UK (Jan 22, 2026) "Diversity and inclusion: how is the UK measuring up?" reviews 2025 reports from the Parker Review and FTSE Women Leaders review. Headline FTSE 100 statistics: 95 of 100 companies have at least one ethnic-minority director, with ethnic-minority directors holding 19% of board positions; ethnic-minority talent occupies 13 CEO posts, 7 CFO posts, three other executive roles and 8 chair posts. In the FTSE 250, 82% of companies met the 2024 target of at least one ethnic-minority director, with that group holding 15% of board positions.
