# How board and C-suite collaboration can build organizational resilience

Deloitte (Sep 30, 2025) "How board and C-suite collaboration can build organizational resilience" draws on a Deloitte Global Boardroom Program/Global CEO Program survey of 739 board members and C-suite executives in more than 50 countries, fielded June 2025. Headline insights: 66% of respondents cite open, transparent board-C-suite communication as the number-one leadership factor for resilience; 86% say boards have increased activity monitoring risks and overseeing growth strategies (39% significantly); short-term 2025 priorities are geopolitical and economic volatility (55%), security and cybersecurity (50%) and rapid technological advancement and digital disruption (42%). For SEA mid-market boards, this is the strongest available evidence linking communication cadence to resilience.
