# Malaysia SC Proposes First Board Oversight Rules for AI at Listed Companies

The Securities Commission Malaysia opened a public consultation that would, for the first time, set explicit board oversight expectations for technology and AI at public listed companies, including disclosures on how AI is used and governed.
