# To Lead Through Uncertainty, Unlearn Your Assumptions

Harvard Business Review (Feb 13, 2026) by Annie Peshkam, INSEAD lecturer and Director of iLITE, argues that the traditional leadership strengths — strategy, execution, communication, influence — are hitting a ceiling and leaders must grow "capacity" by unlearning assumptions that speed, reassurance, and control are required for complex decisions.
