Definition I.6 writes the affiliate perimeter out name by name to the second degree by marriage and by descent, reaching parents-in-law, children-in-law, siblings-in-law and the spouses of a spouse's siblings, and I.7 sets Controller at more than 50 per cent of fully paid voting shares or the ability to determine management or policy "dengan cara apapun". Paragraph II.15 requires a listing applicant's Controller, where the Exchange so determines, to maintain control and not transfer shares for at least 12 months from listing, weighing the strategic role of the Controller and investor protection, and II.16 applies the same obligation to an incoming controller disclosed in the prospectus; the 4 February 2026 consultation draft had specified no minimum period and no criteria.
